How can I return my product?

1. Send us an email why you want to return your package. We will then email you the address where the items can be sent to together with a code.

PLEASE NOTE! We only accept unused items and items whose packaging is intact, so that they can be sold again. Items and packaging that are damaged will not be accepted. If an item is defective or does not function properly, we would like to hear about it in advance. If it turns out afterwards that there is nothing wrong with the item, we unfortunately cannot refund anything.

2. Keep the proof of return that you receive at your post office.

3. The return shipment will be processed by us after 5 working days at the latest and you will then receive an e-mail with the confirmation.

We will refund the total amount including any shipping costs as soon as possible, but always within 14 days after termination of the agreement.

How can I exchange my product?

If you want to exchange a product for any reason. Send us an email with the reason for this and your phone number and address. We will contact you as soon as possible.
