At Luxema you can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. After this you have another 14 days to return the items. Please note that the items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and complete (see our return conditions). The amount already paid will be refunded to your account as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation. Depending on the method of payment, processing may take 1-2 business days.
